Gibby Named Ivy League Women’s Cross Country Coach of the Year, 7 Runners Earn Ivy League Honors

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – After the women’s cross country team defended their Ivy League title for the third year in a row, Coach Alex Gibby was unanimously voted the Ivy League Women’s Coach of the Year. Five runners received First Team All-Ivy honors and two received Second Team honors as well. In his seventh season as the Associate Head Coach of Cross Country, Gibby received the Women’s Coach of the Year honor for the third season in a row. His winning team scored 47 points at the championship meet to take home the title, beating out second-place Princeton by 26 points.…
