IUP women play to scoreless draw at California (Pa.)

CALIFORNIA, Pa. — IUP women’s soccer got another strong effort from goalie Vanessa Berlin, playing to a scoreless draw against California (Pa.) on Halloween night in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) action. Cal U (2-12-3, 1-11-3) held a slight edge in shots at 10-8 and corners at 3-1 as part of a defensive struggle. Berlin logged six saves on the night for IUP (5-8-4, 4-8-3), while her counterpart Emily Ouimet made five stops on a crisp night.
