Men’s soccer tripped up by Goucher in Landmark quarters

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. — The Elizabethtown College men’s soccer team scored the first and last goals of Tuesday night’s Landmark quarterfinal at Ira R. Herr Field, but Goucher scored three in between to claim a 3-2 victory to move on to Thursday’s semifinal round. Elizabethtown (8-7-3) had the advantage in shots on the night and got the game’s opening goal in the 28th minute on some well worked ball movement in the box.
