Redhawks Fall To Lions 3-1

PITTSBURGH, Pa. – La Roche volleyball hosted Penn State Altoona on Tuesday and despite jumping ahead in the match, were unable to hold on, falling to the Lions 3-1. Falling behind in set one 5-2 was nothing to worry about for the Redhawks an 8-1 run boosted La Roche to a 10-6 lead. Penn State Altoona would trim the deficit to 15-13, but another run, this time a 9-1 run, pushed the Redhawks lead to 24-14 and would close the set with a 25-17 win.
