Report: Steelers in Hunt for CB Trade
PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Steelers are believed to be searching for a cornerback at the trade deadline. According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, the Steelers are one of three teams in the hunt for a move in their secondary. Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin announced during his Week 9 press conference that rookie Joey Porter Jr. Now, they’re operating with Patrick Peterson and Levi Wallace alongside their second-round pick, but are apparently looking for another young option for the second half of the year.
