Two Kats earn CUSA soccer season honors

DALLAS — The Sam Houston soccer program had a great turnaround this season and two players have been recognized for their play on the field. Ariana Carrington and Solae Young were named to the Conference USA All-Freshman team, the league office announced on Tuesday. The duo helped the Bearkats earn the fifth season in the CUSA Tournament which begins Wednesday. Carrington has played a big hand in Sam Houston’s turnaround this season.
