Men’s Soccer Falls to Mount in AMCC Semi Finals

CRESSON – The Pitt-Greensburg men’s soccer team made its second-consecutive trip to the AMCC semifinals, this time the Bobcats took on the Mounties of Mount Aloysius. Mount got the best of the Bobcats, defeating Pitt-Greensburg 2-0. The Mounties out shot the Bobcats 18-2 with ten of their shots reaching goal. Freshman keeper Brett Barnes made eight saves on the match. Freshman Matt Armenio recorded the Bobcats one shot on goal while sophomore Ammar Kanafani recorded the Bobcats other shot. Pitt-Greensburg will enter its name into the ring for an ECAC berth, looking for a second consecutive appearance in the tournament.
