Quraishi Leads Volleyball to Straight-Set Win

MILTON, MASS. – The University of Hartford volleyball team earned a straight-set victory in their final Commonwealth Coast Conference road contest, beating Curry College 25-11, 25-10, 25-17, Wednesday in the Dr. Eleanor Meyerhoff Katz Gymnasium. Hartford took control of the first set as freshman Zahara Quraishi was at the helm of a 10-0 run as she tallied five aces during the run in which the Hawks went from a one-point lead to an 11-point advantage.
