Tasmin Cookman and Jemma Woods Receive Major America East Awards
DURHAM N.H. – Jemma Woods (Frimley, England) and Tasmin Cookman (Woking, England) of the University of New Hampshire field hockey team were awarded Goalkeeper of the Year and Offensive Player of the Year, respectively, by the America East conference on Wednesday. In addition to those two major awards, the Wildcats received eight other accolades. Cookman, Woods, Tamera Cookman (Woking, England) and Nicole Poulakis (Ajax, Ontario) were all named to the All-Conference First Team as UNH’s four representatives were more than any other school.
