Women’s Soccer Season Ends in ASC Quarterfinals

RICHARDSON, Texas – The UT Dallas women’s soccer season came to an end Tuesday afternoon in the American Southwest Conference Championship Tournament Quarterfinals with a 3-0 loss to McMurry at UTD Soccer Field. The fifth-seeded War Hawks (11-4-4) got on the board in the 40th minute with a goal by Jaelynn Portillo, assisted by Emily Holland. In the second half, Holland added two goals – one in the 52nd minute and a penalty kick in the 66th. McMurry outshot UTD (9-2-7) 14-11 overall and 7-3 on goal.
