Mayfield Earns Rookie of the Week Award

Greensboro, NC – Volleyball freshman DS/Libero Morgan Mayfield was named USA South Rookie of the Week for her performance last week for the Pride volleyball team. Mayfield, a freshman from Mt. Airy, NC, had 115 digs in three matches a week ago. She also totaled 15 assists for the week, earning her Rookie of the Week honors. For the season, Mayfield has 501 digs, 52 service aces, and 54 points.
