10. Ja’Kobe Walter, G, Baylor

Walter was a five-star recruit coming out of high school and fielded interest from top college basketball programs in Kansas, Arkansas, Alabama and others. He decided to join the Bears and the preseason Big 12 Freshman of the Year will look to help Baylor win its first Big 12 regular season championship since winning back-to-back titles in 2021 and 2022.
