Women’s Soccer Clips Keene State and Advances To LEC Championship

DANBURY, Conn. – The second-seeded Western Connecticut State University women’s soccer team tied its season-high for goals scored in a game as they downed visiting third-seeded Keene State College, 7-2, in the semifinal round of the Little East Conference Championship Tournament on Thursday night at the Westside Athletic Complex. Junior forward Suzana Imetovski (Seymour, Conn.) led the Wolves with two goals and an assist, while senior forward Myah Croze (Bristol, Conn) canned two scoring strikes.
