Bastidas Tallies Eight Saves In SWAC Tournament Loss To GSU

Freshman Goalkeeper Alessandra Bastidas recorded eight saves, but it wasn’t enough as the Texas Southern soccer team fell short to No. 1 Grambling State in the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Women’s Soccer Semifinals on Friday evening at the PVAMU Soccer Complex. Bastidas’ eight saves was her second most of the season with the first being in TSU’s season opener against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, as she tallied 14.
