Carlson Named First-Team All-Sun Belt for Second Straight Year

Georgia State midfielder and leading scorer Simon Carlson has been named to the All-Sun Belt Conference first team, earning first-team all-conference honors for the second straight year. The senior from Kennesaw leads Georgia State with six goals and 13 points, ranking sixth in the Sun Belt in goals. Among his highlights, he scored the winning goal in the 1-0 win at South Carolina, netted both goals in the 2-0 win over Mercer and scored in 2-2 draw vs. Kentucky.
