CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Longwood men’s soccer had four players earn all-conference honors, the Big South Conference announced on Friday afternoon. Mason Butcher was named to All-Big South Second Team, and Simao Coelho was an Honorable Mention All-Big South. In addition, Darcy Moffat was an All-Freshman Team selection, and Gonzalo Carrasco earned All-Academic Team honors. Butcher was a steady center back, and he was instrumental in helping Longwood post the second-best goals against average in the Big South (1.33). The Lancers also had a trio of shutouts.
