Gulf South Conference (GSC) announced major awards for the 2023 men’s soccer season. Kevin Johns of Mississippi College won Coach of the Year for the third time in his career. Joshua Davies of Mississippi College received Defensive Player of the Year honors for the second consecutive year. Baronyi Kengeye of West Alabama was named Offensive Player of the Year, while David Nunez of West Alabama took home Freshman of the Year. Mississippi College led the way with five All-GSC selections. The GSC Men’s Soccer Championship begins on November 5th.
