Stags stage furious rally

Freshman quarterback Henry Rivers connected with junior receiver Kevin Boone on a pair of touchdown passes from 99 and 21 yards out late in the fourth quarter and junior kicker Preston Short was true on a 25-yard field goal as time expired to lift the Berkeley Stags to a 24-21 victory over visiting Cane Bay Friday, Oct. 27, in a Region 6-5A football game.
