Utah’s women’s soccer team ended their season with a disappointing 3-2 defeat to the Colorado Buffaloes. However, Colorado fought back in the second half, scoring two quick goals to level the score. In the 89th minute, Shyra James found the winner for Colorado. Despite the loss, Utah’s head coach Hideki Nakada praised Colorado for their comeback and thanked the team’s outgoing seniors. The Utes finish the season with a 6-8-6 overall record and a conference mark of 2-6-3.
