Seattle Pacific junior Annika Esvelt finished in 20th place at the NCAA Division II West Regional cross country meet, running the 6-kilometer course in 21 minutes 35.1 seconds. Though Esvelt improved her personal best time on the course, it was not enough to secure a spot in the top five and qualify for the NCAA nationals. Seattle Pacific’s team finished in 14th place.
