Cross Country Continues Progress at Regional Championships

LUBBOCK, Texas — The South Dakota Mines Cross Country teams competed in the South Central Regional Championships in Lubbock, Texas and came away with a good finish and continued progress on the season. The Women’s team took a 12th place finish to come in the top half of the 26-team field. The women were led by Clare Fisher finishing just outside of the top 50, coming in 54th with a time of 22:18.22. Not too far behind her was Allyson Heiden in 64th, finishing the race in 22:50.15.
