Field Hockey Falls to Keystone in United East Championship Game
LA PLUME, Pa. – The No. 2 seed Cedar Crest College field hockey team fell to top-seeded Keystone College in the inaugural United East Conference Championship game in a 3-0 final. The Giants scored in three of the four quarters to capture the title. Keystone got on the board in the fourth minute when senior Miranda Mascia (Blakeslee, Pa.) set up classmate Maria Tomada (Buenos Aires, Argentina) for the first goal of the game and to put the Giants up, 1-0.
