Jaime Diaz Finishes 19th Overall in NCAA Division II Central Regional Cross Country Championships

Emporia State Cross Country concluded their season at the NCAA Regional Championships, with standout performances from Jaime Diaz and Tayler Williams. Diaz finished 19th overall in the men’s race, running a time of 31:07.80 over the ten kilometer course. Williams led the women’s team, finishing 96th with a time of 23:03.96 over the six kilometers. Despite their individual achievements, Emporia State did not have enough finishers in the women’s race to field a team score.
