Men’s Cross Country’s Moore, Lynch Take Part in NCAA South Region Championships

MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The University of West Alabama men’s cross country teams ran the 2023 NCAA South Region Championships on Saturday in Montevallo, Alabama. Junior Jentzen Moore led the two Tiger runners with a 9.8k time of 33:27.8, placing him 68th overall. Senior Jayson Lynch finished with a time of 35:54.6, good for 105th overall in the contest. Fellow Gulf South Conference runner Jan Lukas Becker from Mississippi College finished 1st overall with a time of 29:21.3.
