Panthers win at William Jewell
LIBERTY, Mo.– After dropping the first set, the Drury Panthers caught fire and roared to a 3-1 win over William Jewell in Liberty, Missouri, on Saturday. The Cardinals won the first set 25-20, then Drury turned the match around. The Panthers outscored William Jewell 11-4 down the stretch in the second set to win 25-17 to even the match. Drury won the third set 25-20, then won seven of the final 10 points in the fourth to close out the match, 25-21. Kayli Duncan led the Panthers with 15 kills and posted a .323 hitting percentage.
