UIS Men’s Cross Country Finishes 5th at Midwest Regional, Awaits At-Large Bid

The UIS men’s cross country competed among the best of the Midwest in Evansville, Ind. on Saturday. Cort Ross and Noah McIntyre earned All-Region honors, leading the team to 5th place. Grand Valley State took the team title with 48 points, followed by runner-up Lewis (104), Saginaw Valley State (112), and Walsh (154). UIS tallied a team score of 199 points and had a five-runner average time of 31:55.71 for 10,000 meters.
