Senior Nora Ryan led the way for the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth as they came back from a 0-2 deficit to secure a 3-2 victory over Plymouth State University. The win allowed UMass Dartmouth to capture the Little East Conference regular season crown and the top seed in the LEC Tournament. Ryan, who recorded 18 kills and hit nearly .500, helped spoil Plymouth State’s senior day. UMass Dartmouth will now face the winner of the UMass Boston vs. Keene State semifinal match, while Plymouth State will host the winner of WestConn and Eastern Connecticut State, in the LEC Tournament.
