Women’s Soccer loses heartbreaker in HCAC Championship in final moments, end season HCAC Tournament Runner Up

HANOVER, Ind. – The Transylvania Women’s Soccer team fell short in the second overtime period of the HCAC Tournament Championship to Hanover College 0-1. The Pioneers went toe to toe with Hanover, needing two overtimes to settle the HCAC Championship. In the heartbreaking loss the Pioneers concluded a historic season finishing 14-5-1 and set a new season best for co-head coaches Ashley Reinecke and Marcus Aldaba, who have improved the win total from last season and led Transy to its first HCAC Championship appearance since 2013.
