TYRONE, Pa. – The Duquesne University men’s and women’s cross country teams swept the Red Flash Rally, hosted by Saint Francis, on Sunday finishing atop the three-team leaderboards. Mara Whalen and Jonah Nizami led the way for the Dukes. Whalen, a junior from Hickory, Pa., won the women’s 4k with a 15:39.1, while Nizami, a freshman from Wheeling, claimed runner-up in the men’s 6k with a 20:23.0.
