Ohio Soccer made history by winning its first ever Mid-American Conference (MAC) Championship. The Bobcats came from behind to defeat Kent State 2-1 and secure the title. After conceding an early goal, Ohio dominated the game, with junior Kali Stock scoring her first career goal to equalize and sophomore Scout Murray netting the winning goal. Murray was named the Most Valuable Player of the MAC Tournament. This victory not only gives the Bobcats their first conference title, but also secures their spot in the NCAA Tournament for the first time in the program’s history.
