UC San Diego dominated the CSUN women’s volleyball team, handing them a straight-set loss in a Big West match at LionTree Arena. Despite libero Kelsey Knudsen’s impressive 23 digs, the Matadors couldn’t find their rhythm and were swept for the third consecutive match. CSUN struggled offensively, with Perri Starkey leading the team with eight kills but hitting just .031 on 32 swings. UC San Diego out-hit CSUN .213 to .085 and had a substantial advantage in blocking and aces. The Matadors look to rebound in their upcoming road matches against UC Davis and UC Riverside.
