Aquinas High School football coach Tom Lee taught his team about the importance of a challenge by showing them a boxing match between Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier. The Aquinas Blugolds faced off against the Columbus Cardinals in a WIAA Division 5 state quarterfinal game, with both teams having won state championships in different divisions last year. The Blugolds ultimately emerged victorious with a 20-13 win, knocking the Cardinals out of the bracket. The Blugolds are now one game away from potentially winning their third straight title. They will face Horicon/Hustisford in the next round.
