The Converse University volleyball team ended their season on a high note with a 3-1 victory over Erskine. The win improved the Valkyries’ record to 9-19 overall and 8-8 in Conference Carolinas play. This win also snapped a two-match losing streak against Erskine. Evelyn Fitz led the team with a double-double, recording 19 kills and 16 digs. Tia Gripado contributed 10 kills, while Alayah Robertson notched 9 kills. Converse will now prepare for the Conference Carolinas Women’s Volleyball Championship as the No. 7 seed.
