BRIDGEWATER, Mass. – For the second time this season, Bridgewater State University senior forward David Nelson has been selected as the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week. The MVP of the MASCAC Tournament, Nelson tallied three goals and two assists for eight points during the Bears’ tournament title run. The East Bridgewater, Massachusetts product notched a hat track and assisted on the game-winning goal in a 5-0 championship game win over Westfield State University.
