Marinatos will transition into a new role within athletics development, according to Director of Athletics Nick Morrow. Marinatos has had a significant impact on the program, leading the team to its first Atlantic Sun Championship and NCAA Tournament appearance. The Ospreys had a tough season in 2023, finishing with a 3-8-4 record. A national search will be conducted to find Marinatos’ replacement.
