Taylor earns first career Defense Player of the Week award
BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – For his work late in the win over Concord University, Christian Taylor has been named Mountain East Conference co-Defensive Player of the Week. The MEC weekly honors are presented by The Health Plan. On Saturday, the Falcons used a second half comeback to defeat Concord University, 24-14. Taylor totaled three tackles, two sacks, two tackles for loss and two forced fumbles. In the fourth quarter, the native of Washington D.C. made his presence known.
