8. Paul McNeil, G, Word of God Academy

McNeil transferred this summer from Richmond to Word of God Academy, making the Holy Rams one of the most exciting teams in the state. McNeil scored 24 points per game as a junior along with 8.7 rebounds and 2.2 steals. He is committed to play at NC State following his high school career.
