9. Tim Franks, SG, Homestead 

Franks is a 6-foot-5 guard and he helped the Highlanders to a 21-6 record as a junior. He averaged 15.1 points, 6.6 rebounds, 1.4 assists and led Homestead to a North Shore Conference title.

Franks garnered interest from St. Thomas, UW-Green Bay, Albany and Bradley, but decided to commit to the Tommies and will have the opportunity to form a solid duo with Minessale in Saint Paul.
