The Wayne State University women’s cross country team has secured an at-large bid to compete in the NCAA Championships for the second consecutive year. The team will be joined by Ransom Allen, who automatically qualified by winning the men’s race at the NCAA Midwest Regional. The championships will be held at the Tom Rutledge Cross Country Course in Joplin, Mo. The women’s team finished fourth at the regional meet, just missing out on automatic qualification. Briana Vojinov, Reagan Justice, and Thailyia Christensen were instrumental in helping the team secure the at-large bid. The championships will take place on November 18.
