The Bridgewater State University volleyball team, consisting mostly of young players, will be hitting the road to compete in the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) tournament. The Bears, led by captains Bethany Votta and Abigail Reardon, will face off against Framingham State University in the quarterfinals. Coach Tony da Silveira commended the captains for their leadership and highlighted Votta’s strong performance as a setter. Despite a 3-0 loss to Framingham earlier in the season, Bridgewater State remains optimistic about its promising future in the competition.
