The Buffalo State Bengals women’s volleyball team is gearing up for the SUNYAC Tournament first round against the Brockport Golden Eagles. Last time out, the Bengals secured a thrilling five-set win against the University of Rochester. Freshman Ella Wittman led the team with 15 kills, while Adi Vergara showcased her defensive skills with 18 digs. This will be the 64th meeting between the Golden Eagles and Bengals since 1990, with Brockport winning the last 10 head-to-head matchups. The Bengals will be aiming to reach the SUNYAC Semifinals for the first time since 2014.
