Bulldogs Sweep CCNY to Advance to CUNYAC Semifinals

Brooklyn, NY—Led by junior outside hitter Aleah Rafat’s match-high 12 kills, the No. 4 seeded Brooklyn College women’s volleyball team rolled to a 3-0 (25-8, 25-20, 25-15) sweep of No. 5 CCNY in the quarterfinals of the CUNYAC Championship Tournament on Tuesday in front of an enthusiastic West Quad Gymnasium crowd. Brooklyn improves to 12-12 with the win and advances to the semifinals of the conference tourney while the Beavers end their season with an 8-12 mark.
