Emmaus High School’s boys soccer team fell short in a comeback effort against Council Rock North in the opening round of the PIAA Class 4A playoffs. Council Rock North took a 2-0 lead and held on for a 2-1 win. Despite a strong second half and a goal from Ryan Kiernan, Emmaus was unable to equalize. Council Rock North moves on to face La Salle College High School in the quarterfinals. Emmaus finished the season with a District 11 championship and will graduate six starters.
