STAAL NAMED KEEPER OF THE WEEK

RUSSELLVILLE, Arkansas – Ouachita’s Dillon Staal has been named the Great American Conference/Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association Men’s Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week in the final weekly awards of the season. Staal helped the Tigers finish the 2023 season with a shutout, finishing this last Thursday’s road game against Northeastern State in a scoreless draw. The sophomore from Gonzalez, Louisiana came up with a career-high 12 saves and kept the Riverhawks out of the net for his first shutout of the season and second of his career.
