Aidan O’Gorman Named ASUN Men’s XC Scholar-Athlete of the Year, Gianna Forte Earns All-Academic Recognition

Aidan O’Gorman of North Florida University has been named the ASUN Men’s Cross Country Scholar-Athlete of the Year. O’Gorman had an impressive season, finishing as the runner-up in the ASUN meet and earning his third career Academic All-ASUN selection. Gianna Forte also received recognition, being named to the All-Academic team on the women’s side. Forte had a successful season, finishing as the top individual at the Florida Southern meet and maintaining a perfect 4.00 cumulative GPA while pursuing her doctorate in physical therapy. Both O’Gorman and Forte will compete in the NCAA South Regional.
