Averett University women’s soccer player, Celia de Diego, has been named to the All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Second Team. The junior forward from Valladolid, Spain had an impressive season, leading Averett in goals, assists, and points. She also topped the ODAC in various categories and was named ODAC Player of the Week twice. This is the second time de Diego has received conference honors in her career, as she was previously recognized as the USA South Rookie of the Year as a freshman.
