Six Chico State women’s soccer players have been recognized as All-CCAA selections for the 2023 season. Natalie Mendoza and Klayre Barres secured spots on the All-CCAA Second Team, with Mendoza showcasing her skills as a composed midfield distributor and Barres making valuable contributions to the defensive line. Emma Hofmann, Brynn Howard, Avery Pieri, and Hannah Pieri received Honorable Mention. Hofmann impressed in goal with six shutouts, while Howard and the Pieri sisters made significant impacts in midfield and offense. These talented Wildcats are set to return next season with aspirations of another CCAA Championship appearance.
