Coppin State’s volleyball team secured the MEAC Regular Season title outright with a 3-0 victory over Morgan State. The win, which matched a program-record with its 23rd victory of the season, takes the team’s overall record to 23-4 and 12-1 in league play. This is Coppin’s third regular season championship in the last four seasons. Leading the team were Paola Caten with 12 kills and Ammaarah Williams with eight kills. The same two teams will meet again in the regular season finale on November 10.
