Four SUNY New Paltz players earn All-SUNYAC men’s soccer honors

SUNY New Paltz men’s soccer team had a successful season with four players earning All-SUNYAC selections. Junior Joseph DiPreta was named to the All-SUNYAC First Team after an impressive performance in his third season. Graduate student Philip Varner received his second consecutive All-SUNYAC Second Team selection. Senior Owen McGarrity was recognized for his defensive skills and was named to the second team. Junior Christian Micheli rounded out the selections with a spot on the All-SUNYAC Third Team as goalkeeper. Coach Kyle Clancy expressed his pride in the players’ hard work and their contributions to the team’s success.
