Mars Hill wraps up road slate versus Tusculum
GREENEVILLE, Tenn. – The Mars Hill volleyball team (13-11, 7-10 SAC) was defeated in three sets (26-28, 17-25, 26-28) by Tusculum (19-6, 15-3 SAC) Wednesday night on the road. Despite the Lions hitting a team-high .245 in the first set, a late Pioneers rally allowed them to steal the first set. Both teams recorded their highest kill totals in a set with Tusculum posting 19 and the Lions with 18, respectively. The Pioneers hit a match-high .360 in the second, potting 13 kills on 25 attempts.
